Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects successfully from start to finish.
• Read and understand blueprints and construction documents.
• Oversee construction estimating and budgeting.

• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
• Make sound judgments and decisions under pressure.
• Utilize project management software and other relevant computer applications.
• Ensure compliance with relevant building codes and safety regulations.

• Handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Requirements

• A minimum of 15+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (required).
• Proven track record in managing construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of construction estimating and budgeting.
• Excellent team leadership abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and relevant computer applications.
