We're looking for an experienced and collaborative Project Manager in Albany, NY who thrives when people are in sync and projects are running not just on time but within budget.
Responsibilities
- Manage and provide construction oversight and resolve complex construction project related challenges.
- Analyze and develop reports, meeting minutes, correspondences, project awards, invoices, and assist with development and management of project budgets, schedules, and project controls.
- Provide effective, skilled project management to help reduce the costs of delivering projects and adding value to the client by applying proven project management techniques.
- Multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment is a must to be successful at this role.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field.
- Project Manager (P/C) shall possess, at a minimum, 8 years of experience in construction involving multiple phases of large-scale building/rehabilitation projects.
- A minimum of four years’ experience shall be as an Assistant Project Manager responsible for large-scale projects valued above $10 million with an extensive knowledge of all facets of construction and construction documents.
- Must be able to manage the various projects using established controls/procedures and provide job site leadership in all areas of scheduling, safety, quality, coordination with the designers and any critical issues pertinent to the project or the client/facility.
Qualifications
- A full working knowledge of the change order and cost review process and the review/approval of contractor’s payment application.
- Possess an OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
Skills
- Ability to manage the various projects using established controls and procedures and provide job site leadership in all areas of scheduling, safety, quality, coordination with the designers, and any critical issues pertinent to the project or the client/facility.

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $120,000.00 to $140,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
