Senior Project Manager

About the role

ECI is a leading power engineering consultant firm providing services to electric utilities, energy developers, and industrials. This position involves managing engineering projects with unique or unusual problems affecting ECI's performance and reputation.

Responsibilities

• Achieve expertise in defining project scopes of work, project budgeting, project proposals, project management and scheduling.
• Plan and develop engineering projects with important effects on ECI's performance and reputation.
• Interpret, organize, execute, and coordinate work assignments.
• Maintain liaison with professionals and associates for technical updates.
• Plan, organize, and supervise project teams in engineering work.
• Manage groups of engineers, technicians, and other support team members.
• Manage project budgets and schedules, impacting ECI's overall firm performance.

Requirements

• BSEE or BSCE with 10 years' experience, or a M.S. degree with sufficient experience, or a combination of education and experience as determined by management.
• P.E. and/or PMP certification a plus.
• Proven effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Must be detail oriented and possess a high level of organizational skills.
• Subject to client-mandated drug and background checks.
• Occasional travel/driving required.

Pay

$137,000 - $179,000 Annually, Salary commensurate with experience and education.
