Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery using Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions
- Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, business stakeholders, and development teams to define project scope, priorities, and deliverables
- Develop project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and release schedules
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies
- Track and report project performance using Agile metrics such as velocity, sprint burndown, and release readiness
- Ensure alignment between project objectives and business goals
- Manage stakeholder communications and provide regular project status updates
- Drive continuous process improvement and Agile best practices across teams
- Coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure timely delivery of projects within scope, budget, and quality standards
- Support change management activities and facilitate organizational Agile adoption
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 8 years of project management experience, including 3 years managing Agile projects
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, principles, and practices
- Experience managing software development or digital transformation projects
- Proficiency with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, or Rally
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with distributed and cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent Agile certification
- Experience in cloud, DevOps, data, or enterprise application projects
- Knowledge of Lean principles and Agile portfolio management
Pay
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $61,087 - $92,364. The actual compensation offered will be determined based on factors including geographic location, education and qualifications, certifications and licenses, relevant experience and skills, seniority and performance, market and business considerations, and internal pay equity. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions.
