About the role
Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and collaborative Senior Project Management Integrator (Level 4 or Level 5) to join our Air Proprietary Program Integration Office team located in Berkeley, MO or Hazelwood, MO. In this role, you will support a cross-functional team and develop project plans and deliverables in support of daily program execution. You will work directly with integrated product teams (IPT) to meet cost, schedule, quality, and technical objectives while ensuring customer requirements are achieved. Strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to build relationships and collaborate in a cross-functional environment are critical.
Responsibilities
- Develop strong relationships with the program team and supporting functions across organizational boundaries.
- Oversee and drive execution of all key Program Management Best Practices (PMBP), ensuring seamless coordination of deliverables, communication, and PMBP within program IPTs.
- Lead development of project plans and deliverables, directing all project phases to support daily program execution while removing roadblocks and mitigating risks.
- Champion development excellence principles and knowledge-first execution approaches across IPTs and the program.
- Support program baseline management and lead the Enterprise Standard Gated Process (ESGP).
- Support program operating rhythm, CONOPS, performance management system/metrics, recovery planning, and program status reporting.
- Drive effective performance metrics to track program-level progress in technical, cost, and schedule requirements.
- Report to the Program Integration Office Senior Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Experience with the implementation and use of Program Management Best Practices.
- Led a team who executed government-required Earned Value Management (EVM).
- Experience managing complex development projects from inception through fielding/sustainment transition.
- Experience collaborating and integrating various functional groups such as manufacturing, engineering, and supplier management.
- Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required; a clearance active in the past 24 months is considered active).
- This position is expected to be 100% onsite at one of the listed locations (Berkeley, MO or Hazelwood, MO).

- Well-developed organizational skills.
- Experience managing and prioritizing projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with DOD and/or government acquisition processes.
- Experience collecting, organizing, and analyzing data, with the ability to dive into details and present information clearly and concisely to an executive audience.
- Experience performing in roles such as finance, scheduling, industrial engineering, change management, strategy, business support services, program management, project management, or business operations.
- Experience building relationships and partnering with all levels of employees, including executives.
- Experience organizing, facilitating, and executing large meetings or events with executive and senior customer stakeholders.
- Experience with data analytics in support of communication efforts.
- Experience working with sensitive information and safeguarding confidential information.
- Proficient visual presentation skills.
- Strong business acumen and leadership skills to encourage cooperation with customers, stakeholders, and peers.

Pay
Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
- Level 4: $118,150 - $159,850
- Level 5: $146,200 - $197,800
Schedule
- This position is for 1st shift.
- Some travel may be required.
Relocation assistance is not available for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense. This position is contingent upon program award and requires compliance with U.S. export control requirements (U.S. Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62).
