We are seeking a Senior Project Coordinator for a global pharmaceutical client within the Medical Affairs organization. This role supports the development and appropriate use of innovative medicines, bridging clinical development with clinical practice and expanding understanding of the broader healthcare landscape.
This is a 40-hour per-week, 6-month contract (extensions possible) as a W2 employee with Stage 4 Solutions. The role is hybrid, requiring 50% onsite work at the client’s office in Lawrenceville, NJ.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Portfolio & Alliance Strategy (PAS) team for day-to-day operations and project-related activities.
- Manage calendars and coordinate meeting scheduling, including agenda development and logistics for on-site and off-site meetings.
- Prepare meeting minutes and track action items to ensure timely follow-up.
- Collaborate with Human Resources to support recruitment activities, including candidate communications and interview scheduling.
- Support PAS team members in coordinating and finalizing project expenditures, purchase order creation, invoice processing, and related financial activities.
- Assist with PAS initiatives, including alliance management, portfolio strategy, biomarker initiatives, and clinical guidelines/pathways projects, including project documentation and stakeholder communications.
- Manage and maintain PAS SharePoint sites and related resources.
- Coordinate agency and consultancy engagements as required.
Requirements
- 4+ years of strong project coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience in oncology is required.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail, commitment to quality, and strong follow-through on deliverables.
- Experience supporting large, cross-functional, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within cross-functional organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent experience in pharmaceutical research, development, or commercialization; a scientific background is strongly preferred.
