Senior Project Controls Specialist

About the role
We are looking for an experienced Project Specialist to support large-scale projects. You will contribute to project coordination, tracking, reporting, and execution while working with teams. This is a 100% remote position; however, you must reside in the Mountain Time Zone and be available to work Mountain Time business hours. You will excel in a collaborative environment while taking ownership of assigned projects and deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Manage project-related activities from planning through execution.
- Monitor project schedules, deliverables, and action items.
- Use SAP to manage project data, track progress, and support project administration functions.
- Coordinate with your team to gather information, provide updates, and ensure project agreement.
- Identify project issues and roadblocks and help develop solutions.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure data accuracy.
- Participate in project meetings and communicate project status updates to team members.
- Support continuous improvement projects and process enhancements.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional experience in project management, project coordination, project controls, or related functions.
- Demonstrated project management experience supporting complex projects.
- Working knowledge of SAP.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, pivot tables, formulas, and spreadsheet management.
- Experience collaborating across teams and departments.

Pay
The base salary range for this position, dependent upon experience, qualifications, and skills, is estimated to be $69.00/hour to $74.00/hour.
