Senior Project Controls Manager
About the role
You’ll act as a trusted advisor—leading project controls professionals, translating data into clear insights, and helping teams anticipate risks, seize opportunities, and make confident decisions. Through collaboration, forecasting, and performance analysis, you’ll positively influence outcomes across diverse projects and delivery methods, including Lean and integrated project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Partner with project teams and leaders to guide financial and schedule performance
- Build trust, alignment, and shared accountability within project teams
- Lead project controls professionals, translating data into clear insights
- Help teams anticipate risks, seize opportunities, and make confident decisions
- Collaborate with project teams to forecast and analyze project performance
- Influence positive project outcomes through collaboration, forecasting, and performance analysis
- Support people, strengthen partnerships, and help teams succeed together
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 7+ years of construction project controls experience
- Strong understanding of project controls, financial forecasting, and project management processes
- Ability to build relationships, communicate clearly, and influence positive project outcomes
- Proficiency in Excel
- Comfort with project management or financial systems (Power BI a plus)

Pay
The anticipated salary range for this position is $124,000 – 165,000 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
Schedule
Full-time, 40 hours per week.
