The Opportunity

• Assess engineer and contractor bids, change notices and costs to ensure best value for clients
• Effectively manage and monitor project schedules and cash flow
• Foster top performance and growth for your employees via excellent mentorship and leadership
• Oversee the capital planning process for new projects
• Prepare owner estimates and lead estimate review meetings
• Update key partners with monthly executive and project status reports, project schedule updates, and project risks

Requirements

• Skilled at distilling project data into concise updates enabling rapid and informed decisions
• Successfully performed project controls roles including cost control, scheduling and estimating
• A degree or comparable experience in a construction related discipline
• A passion for building your global team and developing and encouraging your employees
