Senior Project Controls Cost Analyst, Project & Development Services (Data Center)

Responsibilities

• Establish comprehensive cost management programs for capital projects
• Integrate third party cost plans into a unified cost plan
• Provide detailed analysis of cost risks and mitigations to project stakeholders
• Manage accruals and forecasts through regular reporting intervals
• Support risk management processes and facilitate risk assessments
• Develop and lead earned value analysis for manufacturing programs
• Review and approve invoices from contractors and third parties

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related field
• 8+ years of cost management experience on capital projects
• Direct experience in complex, matrixed environments
• Proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Experience in the construction industry, specifically with Data Centers or Advanced Manufacturing projects
• Exemplary oral and written communication skills

Pay

• $140,250 – $165,000 annually
