Senior Cost Manager - Data Center Project Controls

About the role

Responsible for managing cost estimates and project controls for data center projects. Ensures adherence to budget and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cost models for data center projects
• Monitor project costs against budget and identify variances
• Manage project schedules and ensure timely completion
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, and construction
• Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in cost management and project controls
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Project
• Experience with project management software such as Primavera P6
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

• CPM (Certified Project Management Professional) certification preferred
• Knowledge of data center operations and infrastructure
