Senior Project Architect

About the role

The Senior Project Architect will lead the development of projects including planning, technical production, project leadership, construction administration, and mentorship of junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Works side-by-side with the Project Manager
• Accountable for design documentation
• Demonstrates exceptional organization and prioritization skills
• Directs, delegates, and supervises project tasks
• Displays leadership and exceptional communication skills
• Coordinates and leads all consultants
• Writes and assists with specifications
• Demonstrates high attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills
• Performs project QA/QC processes
• Engages in owner and construction manager conversations and decisions
• Mentors staff
• Knowledgeable in Construction Administration
• Led strategies and development of BIM models or visualization methods

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in conventional aspects and broad areas of assignments
• Advanced techniques and practices
• Supervision or guidance related to project objectives, critical issues, and policy matters
• Proficiency in Revit preferred

• License as an Architect

Pay

Base salary range: $90,000 to $130,000 based on experience
