Senior Project Architect

About the role

As a Senior Architectural Designer, you will lead design concept development, guide projects from vision through realization, mentor and elevate other designers, influence outcomes, and build strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, programming, and design efforts on complex projects
• Develop compelling design concepts aligned with client goals
• Guide projects through all phases
• Mentor architects and designers
• Present design ideas clearly to clients and stakeholders
• Lead design discussions across multidisciplinary teams
• Oversee visualizations, renderings, and presentations
• Collaborate with engineers and consultants
• Support business development efforts
• Help evolve design culture and standards

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
