Qualifications
- Professional degree in architecture from an accredited institution
- 15 or more years of professional experience and licensed architect
Licensed Duties and Key Responsibilities
- Cook up directly with project manager and project designer to supervise the team’s design and technical delivery.
- Cook up projects and consultant teams.
- Assess professional development needs and provide mentoring within teams.
- Primary point of contact for engineering and technical design consultants during design phases.
- Lead consultant coordination meetings, direct design integration efforts, and ensure consultant deliverables align with design intent, codes, and project standards.
- Cook up phased quality assurance and constructability reviews.
- Write and coordinate technical sections of project specifications.
- Cook up front-end specifications.
- Apply working knowledge of building and zoning codes, resolving design issues and leading responses to officials.
- Apply knowledge of construction administration issuance types (Addendum, PD, PR, ASI, RFI) and their applications.
- Strong working knowledge of design delivery tools (Revit, AutoCAD).
- Aid in research and selection of materials.
- Lead construction administration and post-occupancy review process independently.
- Understand various construction delivery methods (CMaR, CMA, GC) and coordinate deliverables accordingly.
Pay

Base salary range: $100,000 – $120,000 annual.
