Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial reporting and accounting for large, complex construction projects
- Prepare and manage monthly billing packages, including GMP/T&M applications
- Track accounts receivable, cash flow forecasts, and ensure timely collections
- Cookordinate subcontractor/vendor payments and manage lien waiver processes
- Partner with project managers to ensure accurate cost tracking and contract compliance
- Support process improvements and system enhancements within finance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 5+ years of accounting experience (construction or project-based industry preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills (large datasets, formulas, reporting)
- Experience with project accounting and financial reporting
Pay
$90K–$120K base + ~5% bonus
