The MO HealthNet Division has an opening for a Senior Program Specialist within the Managed Care Policy, Contracts, and Compliance Unit located in Cole County. Semi-monthly salary: The current rate for this position is $2,580.83.Individual(s) selected for this position may receive a higher rate based on a pay differential (e.g. shift, or time-of-service pay). What you’ll do: This position is responsible for the oversight of the Enrollment Broker and Premium Collections Vendor. Responsibilities of this position include: Oversight of the Enrollment Broker and Premium Collections (EBPC) Vendor and the vendor’s adherence to the contract deliverablesontract.Collaborate with the MHD Systems and Constituent Services units to enact and implement changes to the EBPC Solution.Oversee EBPC implementation.Ensure EBPC solution compliance with legislative, state and federal policy requirements.Monitor contractual EBPC deliverables and business requirement documents.Support in drafting and approving training materials for the EBPC contact center.Track and oversee issues and bugs related to the EBPC solution.Oversee Service Level Agreement (SLA) tracking and monitoring.Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience. (Substitutions may be allowed.) Preferred Qualifications Candidates for this position must have excellent writing and communication skills. Experience with development and compliance activities related to contracts, vendor management, and Medicaid participant enrollment is preferred. They must be able to research, have knowledge of, and provide an accurate interpretation of policies, procedures, laws, rules, and regulations. Candidates must be able to work independently, as well as in a team. The ability to show initiative is highly valued in this position. This unit interacts with multiple agencies including managed care staff, the program’s actuary, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, the program’s beneficiary support and solution vendor, the external quality review organization, as well as numerous MO HealthNet team members. Professionalism and the ability to build and maintain working relationships is crucial. Lack of post‐secondary education will not be used as the sole basis denying consideration to any applicant.
