About the role
The Senior Program Specialist will assist with the CCWIS Project within the FACES Systems Unit. They will supervise the CCWIS data team, manage RFPs, and coordinate with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Data analysis and cleanup
- Governance, migration, reporting, and information exchanges with other systems
- Writing and assessing requirements for CCWIS RFPs
- Affirming compliance with business requirements from CCWIS contracts
- Collaborating with Children’s Division program staff, internal/external stakeholders, and FACES Help Desk staff
- Participating in professional development/leadership trainings
- Conducting research and analysis of state documents
- Developing and maintaining expertise in new CCWIS Data Quality regulations and technical bulletins
- Developing and monitoring work plans and control documents
- Participating in pre/post development activities, acting as SME, participating in development/system/user acceptance testing, system implementation, and staff training
- Attending CCWIS and Organizational Change Management (OCM) team meetings
- Identifying and addressing training needs related to new systems
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience
Qualifications
- Lack of post-secondary education may be considered with substitutions

Pay
Semi-monthly salary: $2,702.19
Annual Salary: $64,852.56
Schedule
Work hours: 8:00 to 5:00, Monday through Friday
Location
Base location for this position is negotiable.
