About the role

Lead all aspects of technical program management for a major Army modernization effort. Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and lifecycle planning across a high tempo, multi site engineering and integration mission. Conduct trade off analysis, lifecycle costing, supportability assessments, and comprehensive risk management. Direct test and evaluation coordination across Government and subcontractor teams. Manage requirements development and configuration control for complex C2, EW, mobility, survivability, and sensor integration efforts. Ensure disciplined, on time, and on budget execution of all program tasks. Serve as the primary integrator across Army operational stakeholders and mission partners. Provide clear, executive level briefings and presentations to senior Army leaders, SES level stakeholders, and PM offices.

  • Manage requirements development and configuration control for complex C2, EW, mobility, survivability, and sensor integration efforts.
  • Ensure disciplined, on time, and on budget execution of all program tasks.
  • Serve as the primary integrator across Army operational stakeholders and mission partners.
  • Provide clear, executive level briefings and presentations to senior Army leaders, SES level stakeholders, and PM offices.
  • Oversee distributed fielding operations across CONUS and OCONUS locations.
  • Lead and mentor multidisciplinary engineering, logistics, and integration teams to ensure high quality delivery.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience managing government programs, including 3+ years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Bachelor's degree (may be substituted by 5 years of relevant experience).
  • US citizenship and a Secret clearance are required.
  • PM Certification from an accredited institution, or DAWIA PM certification, may substitute for PMP.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex government programs with responsibility for cost, schedule, risk, and quality.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering, testing, logistics, or integration teams.
  • Strong executive level communication and presentation skills.
