Our environment is dynamic and highly ambiguous as we continuously work to stay one step ahead of those who use various and changing methods to manipulate ratings and reviews.

Responsibilities

Key job responsibilities include owning the program planning and execution of proactive abuse prevention, reactive abuse mitigation using the framework: Measure, Detect, Investigate, Enforce, handle Appeals and cleanup-abuse (M-DIEAC), and discovering new and emerging forms of abuse.

Additionally, responsibilities include deep diving into current processes to identify gaps and using program management best practices to set a roadmap, execute and iterate to continuously improve, leading ambiguous and undefined problems to resolution in a constantly changing, multi-team-based environment, and communicating effectively across multiple levels of organization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency and productivity, with the ability to craft effective prompts and critically evaluate AI-generated outputs in a professional setting
  • Experience identifying opportunities to integrate AI solutions into products and services to drive business value

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $115,600.00 - 160,000.00 USD annually. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
