Senior Program Manager - Quality Systems - Analytics - Remote

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Program Manager - Quality Systems - Analytics - Remote to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will oversee the design, governance, and ongoing operations of business programs that support quality systems and analytics in a regulated healthcare environment. You will partner closely with legal, compliance, IT, and other cross-functional stakeholders to define success measures, drive adoption, and improve program performance. The position will also focus on budget alignment, reporting discipline, and process improvement to help ensure programs deliver measurable organizational value. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually Responsibilities Manage the design and ongoing operations of business programs and services Establish program goals, scope, and success measures aligned with organizational priorities Develop governance frameworks for effective program management Oversee program budgets and resource alignment for desired outcomes Drive performance measurement and reporting through dashboards and KPIs Collaborate with legal, compliance, and IT to maintain governance standards Facilitate communication and adoption of program processes and best practices Qualifications 6+ years of program/project management experience in a complex, matrixed organization Experience leading large, multi-functional programs in healthcare or regulated environments Operational process improvement and change management expertise Advanced project management skills and experience Proficient in data analysis Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Benefits Comprehensive healthcare plans Retirement savings options Professional development opportunities Paid time off and holidays Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
