If so, you would be the right person for the Senior Program Manager role on the Prime Video Live Events team, leading the expansion of Live Events in North America and Latin America by bringing sports leagues to Prime Video.

Key job responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of taking new and existing live sports events from deal signing to their first live broadcast on Prime Video
  • Define and execute the programs to bring new sports leagues to Prime Video and launch live events
  • Take on end-to-end ownership and successfully deliver results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment
  • Work closely with cross-functional counterparts in product management, engineering, content acquisition, operations, and executive teams to ensure the teams and systems are supporting the broader growth of our business
  • Launch new features, develop and grow business opportunities, and enhance our customer experience

About the team

The team's core mission is to manage programs and workflows associated with delivering live content to Amazon customers. This involves interacting with sports media and metadata partners, managing workflows through the publishing process, and defining operational procedures with the goal of bringing highly engaging sports content to Prime Video customers.

Basic qualifications

  • 5+ years of Supply Chain, Product Management, Program Management experience
  • Experience owning end-to-end programs to drive results
  • Experience communicating effectively with senior leadership
  • Experience conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and business audiences
  • Can work proactively and independently, meet deadlines, and deliver on projects and tasks
  • Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and online services on tight deadlines
  • Experience building scalable programs and repeatable scalable processes, leveraging various tools and methods to create scale and efficiency
  • Experience and understanding of digital video streaming and/or digital video supply chain

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in the entertainment industry
  • Experience building and growing relationships with internal and external partners
  • Experience in building and managing operational teams for online services
  • Passionate about understanding customers and their behavior in order to drive new feature development

Pay

  • USA, CA, Culver City: $127,300.00 - $222,700.00 USD annually
  • USA, NY, New York: $140,000.00 - $245,000.00 USD annually
  • USA, TX, Austin: $127,300.00 - $222,700.00 USD annually
  • USA, VA, Arlington: $127,300.00 - $222,700.00 USD annually
  • USA, WA, Seattle: $127,300.00 - $222,700.00 USD annually

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
