Senior Program Manager, Pricing & Inventory
The Role You'll Play
You’ll support cross-functional programs that drive meaningful outcomes for our users, studio partners, and the business.
You’ll design and launch beta tests that push the boundaries of what’s possible, then scale winning ideas companywide.
You’ll translate business goals into clear, actionable frameworks and roadmaps.
You’ll collaborate with data scientists, sales leaders, marketing team and business leaders to align on strategy and deliver on outcomes.
You’ll manage timelines, resources, and trade-offs across multiple initiatives with calm clarity.
You’ll facilitate decision-making in ambiguous spaces using structured thinking, smart experimentation, and measurable results.
You’ll support working groups around central strategy pillars, keeping momentum high and blockers low.
The Experience You’ll Bring
- 3-5+ years' experience in management consulting, PE, VC, or in an operations / strategic planning role at a tech company; experience with a rapidly scaling business is a plus.
- Strong ability to connect high-level strategy to measurable business impact.
- Practical business sense with the ability to translate between strategic business decisions and their impact.
- Strong presentation skills with ability to distill complex ideas for diverse audiences.
- Collaborate with data scientists, sales, marketing, product, revenue operations and other business leaders to align on strategy and deliver on outcomes.
- Hands-on experience with data analysis and test design; advanced Excel skills required.
- Familiarity with SQL, Looker, or Tableau is a plus.
- Deep understanding of B2B and/or B2C business models; eCommerce experience is a bonus.
Pay
The base salary range for this position in the United States is $99,450to $132,600. The total compensation package for this position may also include a performance bonus, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
