Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Manager, Program Management Office (PMO) to establish and lead our program management function. This is a ground‑floor opportunity to build the PMO as a one‑person office initially, with potential to scale as our organization grows. In this role, you will partner closely with Product, Engineering, and cross‑functional leaders to drive alignment, ensure delivery discipline, and bring visibility to key initiatives across our UCaaS and CCaaS portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish the PMO function, defining lightweight processes and governance tailored to an agile SaaS delivery model.
• Partner with product, engineering, and business leaders to plan, track, and report on key initiatives across UCaaS and CCaaS product lines.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, status reporting, and program metrics to ensure visibility for leadership.
• Facilitate cross‑team alignment, identifying and resolving delivery risks and dependencies.
• Support quarterly and monthly planning cadences, ensuring priorities and resourcing are aligned.
• Drive consistency in program execution without introducing unnecessary bureaucracy.
• Serve as the single point of contact for program and portfolio reporting, scaling the function over time as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree or PMP certification a plus).
• 5+ years of experience in program or project management, with at least 3 years in a SaaS or cloud‑based technology company.
• Demonstrated ability to be highly organized, detail‑oriented, and effective at managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Familiarity with agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe) and experience adapting governance to agile environments.
• Experience managing programs in UCaaS, CCaaS, or related communications technology preferred.
• Self‑starter comfortable operating as a one‑person PMO, building structure from the ground up.
• Proficiency with program tracking tools (Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar).
