About the role
The Senior Program Manager PMO, Enterprise will help build alignment across teams by ensuring cross-functional groups work together toward common goals. In this full-time role based in the United States, the Senior Program Manager will partner on cross-product and cross-team initiatives, working closely with cross-functional partners to refine and develop projects through ideation, development, training, testing, and full market launches. The role involves managing and executing complex projects that expand internet access while navigating ambiguity in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple interdependent projects of moderate to high complexity, customer impact, and scope across a wide range of cross-functional partners.
- Present weekly project updates to organizational and executive leadership to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Drive project delivery, build consensus, and challenge proposals when appropriate.
- Oversee system readiness testing (SRT) and market readiness testing (MRT).
- Anticipate and creatively resolve or escalate roadblocks as they arise.
- Create executive reporting within established templates and reporting cycles.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in project management, product management, operations, or consulting.
- Experience presenting to executives and managing detailed operational minutiae with subject matter experts.
- Direct experience creating multiple program project plans simultaneously, along with active management of program risks, action items, issues, dependencies, and decision logs.
Qualifications
- 5 or more years of experience within the telecommunications industry.
- MBA, Bachelor’s degree, or PMP certification.
- Experience deploying data and/or communications products to commercial or consumer customers.
- Experience tracking successful processes to determine current process states, and facilitating cross-functional process redesign sessions for improved efficiency, reduced costs, and risk mitigation.
Pay
Base salary range: $160,000 - $229,600 per year. Compensation includes eligibility for a bonus.
