Senior Program Manager, Ops and Tech Integration, Relay Operations Center, Tech and OI

About the role

We are seeking a Program Manager III to drive technology integration and process improvements across Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) business lines. In this role, you will lead cross-collaborative initiatives that identify co-dependencies and drive alignment between teams to advance operational efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage comprehensive roadmaps for integrating new technologies and processes across ATS business lines, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and identifying co-dependencies between teams.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration initiatives by facilitating effective communication between stakeholders, translating complex technical requirements into actionable plans, and building consensus across diverse teams.
• Develop and implement process improvement strategies that streamline workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and enhance operational performance through data-driven analysis and metrics tracking.
• Proactively identify and mitigate program risks by conducting thorough assessments, developing contingency plans, and ensuring timely escalation of critical issues to appropriate stakeholders.
• Partner with technical and operational teams to define clear requirements, establish success criteria, and drive the successful delivery of complex projects that span multiple business lines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and workflow management expertise are required. You should be able to navigate complex cross-functional programs with significant business impact and serve as a critical liaison between multiple stakeholders.
