Own and manage vendor relationships including procurement for global operations including internal events and conferences.

Identify and work with partner education teams to deliver cross-team education initiatives designed to drive adoption of AI/ML services and technologies across Amazon.

• Oversee logistics of course schedule, classroom reservations, class registration, attendance, and customer feedback mechanisms across multiple time zones.

• Analyze operational defects and drive process improvement in cooperation with program, product and instruction teams.
• Contribute to weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational and project reporting to track progress, manage escalations, and continuously drive us towards our implementation goals.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in corporate training, academic education, or operations
• Experience managing vendor relationships and facilitating large-scale events
• Proven ability to design and scale operational processes across multiple geographies
