About the role

The Global Payment Products (GPP) business is seeking a Program Manager to drive initiatives that enhance the payment experience for cross-border Buyers and Sellers. Key responsibilities include launching new programs, managing partnerships, and innovating to ensure seller trust.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement product and business strategies
  • Analyze financial and economic data to drive improvements
  • Manage relationships with internal and external payment partners
  • Pursue opportunities to expand the product offering
  • Develop innovative solutions to improve seller payment processes
  • Own the strategy, execution, and communication of program results to senior leadership
  • Engage with internal and external partners to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Translate business and customer needs into actionable solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6+ years of program/project management experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience delivering results for large, cross-functional initiatives/projects
  • Understanding of business and customer needs and the ability to translate them into solutions

Qualifications

  • Master's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of driving process improvement experience

  • Strong account, program, and business management skills
  • Financial and economic analysis skills
  • Payments products knowledge, including understanding of the international/cross-border payments landscape, competitive environment, and customer behavior
  • Ability to engage with internal and external partners to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Successful personal attributes including creativity, leadership, and the ability to influence outcomes both internally and externally
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial, self-sufficient, and results-oriented
