Responsibilities

• Partner with teams across the organization to transform how millions of customers engage with their money.
• Improve the consistency, scalability, and adoption of payment experiences across various platforms.
• Evaluate current processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions that support business goals and meet customer needs.
• Work with teams such as Authorizations, Settlement, Disputes, Backoffice, Pricing, and Go-to-Market to deliver reliable, efficient, and user-friendly payment products.

Requirements

• Demonstrate proficiency in five key areas: Human Centered, Business Focused, Technology Driven, Integrated Problem Solving, and Transformational Leadership.
• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
• A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing
• A Bachelor's degree in any field and 4 years of Product Management experience

Qualifications

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

• Strong understanding of product management principles and practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Chicago, IL: $182,500 - $208,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management
• Mclean, VA: $200,700 - $229,100 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management
• Richmond, VA: $182,500 - $208,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management
• Riverwoods, IL: $182,500 - $208,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management
