Responsibilities

• Partner with teams across the organization to evaluate current processes and implement solutions that support business goals and meet customer needs.
• Work across product areas such as Authorizations, Settlement, Disputes, Backoffice, Pricing, and Go-to-Market, using data, technology, and collaboration to deliver payment products.
• Translate business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products.

Requirements

• Demonstrate proficiency in five key areas: Human Centered, Business Focused, Technology Driven, Integrated Problem Solving, and Transformational Leadership.
• Currently holds or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• Preferred qualifications include experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products.

Qualifications

• Must hold, or be in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing, or a combination of education and experience.
• Experience in Product Management, preferably in a quantitative field.

• Chicago, IL: $182,500 - $208,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management
• Mclean, VA: $200,700 - $229,100 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management
• Richmond, VA: $182,500 - $208,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management
• Riverwoods, IL: $182,500 - $208,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management
