About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented, results-driven professional to enhance action management, portfolio visibility, and operational excellence across executive priorities and key account initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Own the centralized tracking of executive-level actions, decisions, and follow-ups to ensure timely completion and visibility.
- Track progress and outcomes for initiatives aligned with key accounts and enterprise-wide objectives.
- Report regularly to senior leaders on action statuses and dependencies.
- Maintain and report on strategic priorities, KPIs, and goal attainment across key initiatives, ensuring clear visibility, accountability, and alignment for executive leadership.
- Ensure consistent adoption of project management frameworks, governance tools, and operating models across all teams.
- Provide coaching and guidance on process compliance while identifying opportunities for streamlining and improvement.
- Track and report on projects and programs across departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
- Monitor progress against defined milestones, actions, and success metrics.
- Develop dashboards, status reports, and summaries for executive leadership.
- Partner with senior leadership to provide operational and execution support for high-priority, strategic initiatives.
- Cook up and manage cross-functional resources, drive timelines, and remove blockers to accelerate progress on strategic goals.
- Foster collaboration across accounts and organizations, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and execution.
- Serve as a key liaison between teams to drive shared understanding and problem-solving.
- Champion a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in project management, strategic program management, or operations in a complex, cross-functional environment.
- Previous Federal Contracting experience preferred.
- Required travel up to 20%.
- US Citizenship is required with an ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.

- Hiring Range in USD: $81,700 - $166,100 per year.
- May be eligible for bonus and equity.
