Senior Manager, Federal Program Management

Responsibilities

• Ensures that operational policies are followed and that business objectives are achieved.
• Focus on best practices and process improvements ensuring effective execution of the operational plan while meeting corporate requirements.
• Plans, implements, and maintains budget for functional area.
• Manage supply and demand for the immediate team to ensure resources are available at the right time and the right place.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years direct line management experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to follow and reinforce operational policies.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrix management environment.
• Product, technology or industry expertise relevant to the portfolio focus.
• Ability to travel as needed.
