About the role

AlphaSense is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Content Partnerships, to join the Research & Thought Leadership team within Marketing. This role focuses on two key areas: managing broker content partnerships and providing operational and project management support across the broader team. You will drive AlphaSense’s broker content initiatives, partner with sell-side research teams to develop co-branded content, and ensure alignment with internal stakeholders. Additionally, you will support the Research & Thought Leadership team with editorial calendar management, cross-functional collaboration, and process optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Broker Content & Partner Initiatives
    • Drive AlphaSense’s broker content marketing initiatives, creating opportunities for co-branded articles, webinars, event content, thought leadership campaigns, and related marketing assets.
    • Partner with sell-side broker research teams to identify timely topics, shape content angles, coordinate inputs, and bring co-branded content to market, using market fluency to evaluate opportunities.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact between AlphaSense’s marketing team and broker partners, ensuring smooth communication, clear expectations, and timely execution.
    • Coordinate internal stakeholders (editorial, campaigns, product marketing, revenue marketing, and more) to align broker-led content with broader priorities.
    • Develop content briefs, promotional copy, webinar descriptions, event abstracts, and related materials for broker content programs.
  • Project Management & Team Operations
    • Own and maintain the Research & Thought Leadership editorial calendar, ensuring visibility across planned reports, articles, webinars, events, newsletters, and campaign assets.
    • Liaise with cross-functional stakeholders to gather inputs, align on priorities, and ensure research content supports broader business goals.
    • Track and organize performance metrics across broker content and editorial initiatives, surfacing trends and insights to inform future planning.
    • Maintain team process documentation, including intake processes and workflow guides.
    • Provide general project management support across the team's priorities, stepping in wherever coordination is needed.
    • Apply a sharp eye in occasionally proofreading marketing assets (not a dedicated writer or editor role).

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in program or project management, partner marketing, or content operations, ideally within financial services, capital markets, or B2B marketing.
  • Experience working in or adjacent to financial services or capital markets, with market fluency to evaluate ideas and communicate credibly with analysts and researchers.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience managing external partners with their own priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong editorial judgment and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Experience managing project calendars, content workflows, or cross-functional marketing programs.
  • Ability to work confidently with senior internal and external stakeholders, including partners, subject matter experts, marketers, and executives.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with webinars, events, co-branded content, newsletters, reports, and digital content programs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, finance, economics, business, or a related field preferred.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate has spent time in or around financial services and understands how analysts think and what institutional audiences care about. They are confident working with senior stakeholders and comfortable discussing sophisticated business and financial topics. They excel at managing partner relationships and keeping complex content initiatives moving across multiple teams. Highly organized, collaborative, and reliable, they thrive in dynamic environments.

Pay

Base compensation range: $116,000—$152,000 USD. Final offer amounts are determined by candidate experience and expertise and may include performance-based bonuses, equity, and a generous benefits program.
