Program Manager, Content Partnerships

About the role
The successful candidate will enhance and support partnerships by developing, packaging, and facilitating partner opportunities. This role involves collaborating across functions, managing partnerships, and communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders to build deep and trusting relationships, navigate conflicting interests, and solve complex problems.
Responsibilities
- Execute impactful partnerships with high-level partners and oversee day-to-day operations
- Serve as a strategic advisor to marketing, product, and communications teams on talent industry needs
- Lead projects in an ambiguous environment, matching strengths to business needs and advocating for resources that make partner work more efficient
- Field and prioritize reactive inbound requests for marketing, communications, and product initiatives
- Proactively pitch long-term partner opportunities that drive value for talent partners and Meta's business
- Collaborate with Meta's talent-facing Strategic Partner Managers to develop VIP partner lists for consideration in paid programs
- Build relationships with executives to understand complex business needs and advocate for creative or technical solutions
- Educate internal teams on partner program offerings, best practices, and integration opportunities
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in strategic programs, partnerships, operations, or management consulting
- Highly strategic and capable of articulating important considerations in foundational technical and business decisions
- Experience leading day-to-day operations for multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Experience building trust and developing relationships with senior executives
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, with experience finding solutions to vague problems
- Experience driving process improvements and delivering results in environments with evolving priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
- Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
- Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
- Experience working with attorneys to complete agreements
- Experience in a start-up, technology, or talent organization
- Frequent travel required
Pay
$162,000/year to $227,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits. Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
