Accountabilities
- Lead delivery of a community violence intervention and public safety program, ensuring milestones, outcomes, and customer commitments are achieved.
- Manage implementation and execution of technology solutions supporting case management, data collection, reporting, and program operations.
- Cook up cross-functional teams including product, engineering, professional services, customer success, and account management to drive successful delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, community organizations, coalition partners, and senior program stakeholders.
- Establish program operating rhythms including project meetings, executive updates, risk reviews, decision tracking, and escalation processes.
- Develop and maintain short- and long-term delivery plans, including timelines, resources, budgets, and strategic priorities.
- Monitor program KPIs, analyze performance data, and provide insights to improve decision-making and program effectiveness.
- Support technology adoption by guiding partners through implementation processes, workflow improvements, reporting practices, and operational changes.
- Identify delivery risks, scope changes, resource constraints, and budget concerns while supporting proactive resolution.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to communicate customer needs, track feature delivery, and manage dependencies.
- Lead executive-level discussions and represent program priorities with senior government, nonprofit, and community leaders.
- Improve program processes by identifying opportunities for operational enhancements and stronger delivery practices.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate combines strong program management expertise with experience in public sector, social impact, healthcare, technology-enabled programs, or community-focused initiatives.
- They should be comfortable managing complex stakeholder environments while driving measurable outcomes.
- 5+ years of experience managing complex projects or programs involving multiple workstreams, stakeholders, timelines, and delivery risks.
- Professional experience in public health, human services, social services, nonprofit programs, criminal justice reform, public safety, or related mission-driven fields.
- Proven ability to manage programs using KPIs, data analysis, and measurable success indicators.
- Strong executive communication skills with the ability to engage government leaders, community stakeholders, and senior partners.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional technology teams to deliver customer-facing solutions.
- Able to translate complex information, data, and technical concepts into clear recommendations and actionable insights.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability, adaptability, and confidence navigating ambiguity.
- Experience managing SaaS implementations, technology-enabled programs, or complex customer delivery initiatives preferred.
- Familiarity with human services platforms, case management systems, dashboards, or public sector data solutions preferred.
- Experience with community violence intervention programs, community safety initiatives, or similar ecosystems preferred.
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification is a plus.
- Able to travel occasionally for onsite meetings with partners and stakeholders.
