Piper Companies is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join a global technology organization supporting cybersecurity, product assurance, and regulatory compliance initiatives for a fully remote, long-term contract opportunity.

About the role

Lead cross-functional programs focused on certification readiness, regulatory frameworks, and long-term compliance strategy, with a strong emphasis on European cybersecurity requirements and collaboration with international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic compliance and certification programs that support cybersecurity and product governance objectives across the organization.
  • Drive implementation and operationalization of evolving regulatory requirements, including European cybersecurity and product compliance initiatives.
  • Coordinate efforts across engineering, legal, product, and compliance teams to establish scalable processes and governance structures.
  • Manage relationships with external assessors, certification bodies, auditors, and regulatory stakeholders throughout program lifecycles.
  • Develop roadmaps, metrics, and long-term strategies to ensure sustainable compliance posture and organizational readiness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 8+ years of experience managing complex compliance, certification, cybersecurity, governance, or regulatory programs.
  • Strong knowledge of global cybersecurity regulations, certification frameworks, and product compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives involving technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work East Coast business hours and collaborate closely with teams and partners throughout Europe.

Pay

Salary Range: $125,000–$155,000/year (USD)
