We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate, navigation, EEO, etc. Also remove application instructions (To Apply...). Remove duplicated lines. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. Also remove Public Service Loan Forgiveness? That's maybe not boilerplate but it's a benefit? It's a statement about eligibility; could be considered benefit? Might be considered a benefit but not explicit benefit like health insurance. The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it — never emit heading followed by filler/placeholder text. For Benefits, Pay, Schedule we need actual content. Pay is given: "$100,000.00 – $110,000.00". So we can include Pay section with that. Benefits: Not explicitly listed besides maybe Public Service Loan Forgiveness statement, but that's more of a note. There's no explicit benefits like health insurance, retirement, etc. So we should not create Benefits section unless there is real specific content. The posting mentions "Public Service Loan Forgiveness As a prospective employee..." That's a specific statement about eligibility for federal loan forgiveness. Could be considered a benefit. But it's not a typical benefit like health insurance. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Might include Benefits if we have something. However, the Public Service Loan Forgiveness is a note; but we could include it under Benefits as a bullet. However, we must not invent or summarize away detail. We can include that as a bullet under Benefits. But we need to see if there is any other benefit info: none. So we could include Benefits with that item. Schedule: Not mentioned. No schedule info. So we should not include Schedule. Now sections: About the role (maybe from mission description). Responsibilities (the bullet list under Senior Program Manager). Requirements (minimum qualifications). Qualifications (maybe education/experience details). Skills (Preferred Skills). Pay (salary range). Possibly also include "55a Program" note? That's more about eligibility; could be included under Requirements or a separate section? Might be considered a note but not a standard heading. Could be included under Requirements as a note. But we should not create a section for 55a unless we have heading like "Eligibility". Not in list. So we can incorporate that info into Requirements or a paragraph. We must not repeat job title. Use

for section headings. We need to preserve all substantive information. Let's extract: Mission description: first paragraph about DCAS mission, then description of DEM, goals, etc. That's about the role/organization. Could be under About the role. Responsibilities: The bullet list under "The Senior Program Manager will be charged with responsibilities including, but not limited to, the following:" then subheadings: Program Advancement, Project Management Oversight, Program Support, Team Management, Performance Management, Stakeholder Engagement. Each with details. We need to output as
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can have a
      with each responsibility as
    • . Could also keep subheadings inside
    • ? Probably each responsibility as a
    • containing the description. Could also break down further but not needed. Requirements: Minimum Qualifications section with three options and equivalency statements. Also note about one year administrative experience required. Also education experience credit details. Also License Requirement (Motor Vehicle Driver License). Also Special Note about certifications. Also 55a Program note. Also Residency Requirement (NYC Residency not required). Also Public Service Loan Forgiveness (maybe benefit). Also Additional Information about EEO (remove). So we need to keep substantive info: Minimum Qualifications, education/experience equivalency, license requirement, special note, 55a program, residency requirement, public service loan forgiveness (maybe benefit). We'll need to format as
      • for list of requirements? The Minimum Qualifications is a list of options; we can output as
          with each option as
        • . Also the equivalency statements can be
        • . Also license requirement as
        • . Special note as
        • . 55a program as
        • . Residency requirement as
        • . Public service loan forgiveness as
        • maybe under Benefits. Skills: Preferred Skills bullet list. Pay: salary range. Now we need to strip boilerplate: Visit our website at nyc.gov/dcas to learn more... (that's navigation? maybe remove). Also "To Apply Please go to..." remove. Also "NO PHONE CALLS..." remove. Also "NOTE: ONLY THOSE CANDIDATES..." remove. Also "This position is also open to qualified persons with a disability..." that's 55a note; we keep but maybe under Requirements. Also "Public Service Loan Forgiveness..." keep maybe under Benefits. Also "Residency Requirement..." keep. Also "Additional Information The City of New York is an inclusive equal opportunity employer..." remove (EEO). Also the line with ", $100,000.00 – $110,000.00" at end is salary; we keep. Now produce HTML. Structure:
