Senior Program Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage the Innovation Portfolio and work closely with senior leadership, including the COO and the IT CIO, to drive strategic initiatives and ensure successful delivery of outcomes.
• Partner closely with IT Project Managers and broader technology teams to coordinate execution, manage dependencies, drive governance, and ensure alignment across the portfolio.
• Play a pivotal role in ensuring that multiple interdependent initiatives are delivered successfully while maintaining alignment with executive priorities and organizational objectives.
