Job Description
The Senior Program Manager is an individual contributor responsible for leading the delivery of complex, large-scale initiatives for a high-value client. This role drives the implementation of new products, services, and strategic programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and successful execution from initiation through completion. The Senior Program Manager oversees a portfolio of cross-functional projects or highly complex individual efforts, managing timelines, scope, budget, and dependencies to deliver measurable results. This role serves as a key point of coordination across stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and accountability throughout the program lifecycle.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, large-scale programs and implementations, including deploying new products and services to the target platform
- Serve as the primary program manager for highly complex, cross-functional initiatives, particularly in the payments environments, requiring independent judgment and strategic oversight
- Act as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and internal teams, ensuring business, technical, and operational requirements are clearly understood, documented, and executed
- Develop and manage comprehensive program and project plans, including timelines, deliverables, resource allocation, and status reporting
- Drive alignment across internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency, accountability, and progress toward key milestones and objectives
- Proactively identify, track, and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact to delivery timelines
- Absess business and technical impacts of program requirements and effectively communicate implications to both clients and internal partners
- Lead and facilitate client and internal meetings, including status updates, working sessions, and executive-level communications
- Manage multiple concurrent initiatives, balancing competing priorities while maintaining delivery quality and timelines
- Provide direction, coordination, and oversight to supporting team members on complex initiatives, including mentoring and guidance as needed
- Operate with a high degree of autonomy, leveraging established frameworks, tools, and best practices to drive successful outcomes
- Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, delivery models, and overall program performance
Qualifications
- Basic Qualifications: 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a bachelor’s degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
- Preferred Qualifications: 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a bachelor’s degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
- Minimum 8 years project management experience is required
- Thorough knowledge of the EFT industry is preferred
- Has depth of knowledge and technical aptitude to perform complex responsibilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Effective time management, planning, organizational, and logical problem-solving skills required
- Must be able to handle multiple priorities at once and re-prioritize tasks with minimal involvement from management
- Ability to comprehend technical information and apply it to the job
- P.C. proficiency is required
- Extensive travel may be required
Pay
The estimated salary range for this position is $127,300.00 to $ 204,100.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable).

This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements
This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
