Senior Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage aerospace and defense programs to ensure successful execution and delivery aligned with customer and business goals
• Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Develop and implement detailed program plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Monitor program progress and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues impacting program delivery
• Cook up communication with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve concerns
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize program management processes
• Develop proposals for new or repeat business opportunities and present to Senior Leadership

Qualifications

• US Person Requirement: Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization.
• Must Have: Extensive experience in aerospace program management with a proven record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
• Strong expertise in defining program scope, resource allocation, budget management, and risk mitigation
• Proficiency with program management tools and methodologies tailored to aerospace industry requirements
• Demonstrated experience developing and presenting complex proposals for new and follow-on business opportunities
• In-depth knowledge of aerospace industry standards, regulations, and best practices
• Experience managing large-scale aerospace or defense programs
• Experience with RF technology, radar or EW systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration
• Adaptability to changing program requirements and business priorities
