Responsibilities
- Lead and manage aerospace and defense programs to ensure successful execution and delivery aligned with customer and business goals
- Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Develop and implement detailed program plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Monitor program progress and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues impacting program delivery
- Cook up communication with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve concerns
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize program management processes
- Develop proposals for new or repeat business opportunities and present to Senior Leadership
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in aerospace program management with a proven record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Strong expertise in defining program scope, resource allocation, budget management, and risk mitigation
- Proficiency with program management tools and methodologies tailored to aerospace industry requirements
- Demonstrated experience developing and presenting complex proposals for new and follow-on business opportunities
- In-depth knowledge of aerospace industry standards, regulations, and best practices
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
- Experience managing large-scale aerospace or defense programs
- Experience with RF technology, radar or EW systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration
- Adaptability to changing program requirements and business priorities
Pay
The annual base salary range for this position is $195,500- $244,950.
Schedule
This position requires working on-site on a 9/80 work schedule.
