Programmatic Manage and direct the daily execution of contract requirements to assure that cost, schedules and performance goals are met.
Develop strategies and vision for projects related to emerging technology in capability development.
Develop and implement corrective action plans when deviations from budgets and/or schedules are evident.
Exercise capability development process (formally JCIDS), Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE), and DoD acquisition processes.
Support documentation, staffing, and compliance with applicable policies and governance structures.
Assist in aligning capability efforts with strategic guidance (e.g., NDS, service strategies).

Have a minimum of fifteen (15) years related experience in above areas.
A solid professional reputation in above mentioned communities.
The ability to work independently in a dynamic environment and effectively interact with numerous DoW, military/civilian personnel and industry partners researching, producing, and disseminating products.
Solid leadership and management skills, particularly “influence management” and “conflict resolution”.
Strong communication skills – written and verbal, presentation.
Solid problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Successful track record in managing aerospace/defense programs.
Knowledge and expertise in capability development and integration including MS&A activities that support programs within the USAF.
12 months or more of experience in a SAP environment within the last 3 years highly preferred.
Understanding of system of systems, operations and adversary capability.
