About the role
The Enterprise Sales Services team within Cloud Technology is responsible for enabling world-class Sales technologies to help achieve strategic business goals at Customers. This role focuses on driving sales effectiveness and efficiency by optimizing selling workflows.
Responsibilities
- Clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to the internal team.
- Drive and optimize the request intake process, working with stakeholders and multiple scrum teams to prioritize and define an actionable roadmap.
- Build and maintain clear roadmaps to include project, platform, and operational milestones for the organization.
- Document and evaluate existing processes and procedures. Make recommendations and drive process improvement and adoption of best practices.
- Own the collaboration and preparation of work needed for new project requests, including the definition of scope, resource need, and estimates.
- Proactively drive operational projects and associated scope, timeline, resources with minimal supervision.
- Identify, analyze, respond, monitor, and control risks.
Requirements
- 7+ years of technical leadership and program management experience in large enterprises, preferably in sales enablement.
- 4+ years of people management and/or direct mentorship.
- 3+ years of hands-on Agile experience.
- Proven success driving operational excellence with structured and easily adoptable processes.
- Proven success building roadmaps and delivering agile software development methodologies.
- Expert knowledge and experience with Microsoft Power Point, Excel, Project.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive presentation skills.
- Proven ability to operate effectively and autonomously in situations of extreme ambiguity, with only high-level direction.
- Work closely with internal and external partners and leverage relationships to get things done through others.
- Be regarded as a trusted partner by the key stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a strong track record of successful delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary technology projects in a matrixed organizational environment.
- A planner who brings order to chaos and determine what needs to get done in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals up and down the org, balanced with the ability to absorb large amounts of information and distill it down to the essentials.
- Alternate between strategic planning and ground level execution, comfortable with and excel at both.
- Help the team grow and learn, be a change agent.
- Motivate and influence people without authority or a direct reporting relationship to get the best business outcome.
- Excellent negotiation, conflict management and resolution skills. Facilitate teams to the successful resolution of issues.
- Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and leveraging tools of the trade, such as productivity tools and project management applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or equivalent degree a must; MBA or equivalent strongly preferred.
- Computer Science, Engineering, Related Technical Field degree a plus: PMP, PgMP, or PfMP certification.
