Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or a related field
• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience
• A thorough knowledge of Program Management methods and best practices
• A thorough knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, planning, design, schedule and scope management
• Technical skills to read, understand, and communicate contract requirements including construction drawings and specifications and interpret construction methods
• Ability to understand and follow site HSSE Policies
• Technology competence in using MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, MS PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills
