About the role
This role is located in Tampa, FL; NOT McLean, VA.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex contracts and provide the holistic “customer experience”.
- Oversee day-to-day customer needs and interactions, including client kickoff, regular status meetings, training, and measuring key client/program objectives.
- Support diverse teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of capabilities and services throughout the period of performance.
- Contribute to executive-level reports to clients.
- Facilitate discussions with key stakeholders on project statuses, working sessions, technical exchange meetings, and milestone reviews.
- Organize and coordinate program objectives.
- Serve as the integrator between the client and TRSS corporate team, understanding the client’s mission and leveraging TRSS solutions effectively.
- Lead important projects, programs, and business initiatives, demonstrating creativity and ingenuity.
- Ensure complex deals get implemented successfully and serve as an extension of Sales, Analysis, and Product/Tech teams.
- Provide input to executive level reports and ensure key metrics are tracked such as delivery and retention.
- Prioritize efforts according to the Territory Lead’s direction and collaborate with the Technical Managers and Analysis teams to problem-solve optimal solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience working with the DOD or IC in program management.
- Experience with managing projects.
- Ability to adjust to shifting priorities and solve problems quickly.
- Strong familiarity with Thomson Reuters proprietary data sets and technology.
- Ability to translate client intelligence requirements and needs into program management outcomes.
- Works well with teams and drives disparate groups toward common client goals.
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-starter, highly motivated, team player with strong business acumen, organizational skills, and the ability to follow through.
- Excellent writing and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel to sales training, meetings, and customer locations.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. National Security Clearance.

- U.S. Citizenship essential to comply with government contract/agency or department of Federal Government requirements.

Pay
The target total cash compensation range for the role in eligible US locations is $199,500 USD - $370,500 USD.
Schedule
Hybrid Work Model: 2-3 days a week in the office depending on the role.
