The Opportunity

Superhuman is hiring a Senior People Programs Manager to own and scale programs shaping the employee lifecycle. This role encompasses onboarding, performance management, engagement, manager enablement, recognition, and career pathing. The focus is on designing repeatable systems that scale with company growth.

Responsibilities

  • Design and scale programs across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Translate ambiguous or competing needs into structured programs with clear phases, owners, success criteria, and timelines.
  • Act as a systems-thinker, bringing structure to the People Team’s priority-setting and decision-making.
  • Manage multiple programs in parallel, maintaining tight cadence and communication with stakeholders.
  • Drive adoption and enablement, including leading training for employees and managers.
  • Define leading and lagging indicators to evaluate program health and inform iteration.
  • Contribute to cross-functional work involving People, Legal, and Finance, often partnering with embedded EA and Ops leads.

Qualifications

  • 5-7+ years of experience in People programs, HR/People operations, or a related field, with a track record of owning programs end-to-end.
  • A builder’s mindset, comfortable creating structure in ambiguous environments and turning plans into actionable steps.
  • Strong program management skills, with the ability to handle multiple programs simultaneously.
  • Data-oriented approach, defining success metrics upfront and using them to assess program effectiveness.
  • Experience partnering across People sub-functions and with cross-functional teams like Finance, Legal, and IT.
  • Bonus: Consulting experience or time at a fast-growing global company.

Compensation Range: $137K - $209K
