Responsibilities
- Act as the primary site liaison and high-level interface with the customer, driving customer service and satisfaction initiatives
- Responsible for all program aspects, managing customer agreements, and ensuring program-related decisions are guided by contract terms and conditions and are in the best interests of Sanmina.
- Drive revenue achievement and resolve business issues, including A/R, E&O mitigation and reduction, uPPV, Credit, and RMA’s.
- Monitor and ensure performance against key internal business metrics (revenue growth, margin performance, cost management/PPV, inventory turns, AR management, etc.) and customer satisfaction metrics (Operational, Quality, Material management, price performance, on-time delivery, quality, etc.), implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Manage demand and order planning by obtaining timely customer data, analyzing forecasts and ordering trends to identify gaps, utilizing the backlog, and coordinating customer priorities with factory priorities to resolve any conflicts.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of customer-facing programs throughout the entire product lifecycle, including managing product EOL processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, supply chain, quality, and operations).
- Develop and deploy best-in-class program management practices, proactively managing program resources, timelines, and risks, and identifying opportunities for process optimization.
- Provide guidance and mentorship for junior program managers and program administrators.
Requirements
- Industry Grit: 8+ years of Program Management experience, ideally within Contract Manufacturing (Machining/Integration) or the Semiconductor space.
- Technical & Academic Foundation: A Bachelor’s degree in a related field. If you have a PMP or Lean Six Sigma belt, even better.
- Matrix Leadership: The ability to influence stakeholders, pivot priorities on a dime, and drive alignment in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Data Fluency: High-level computer skills (MS Excel wizardry is a must) to track KPIs, margin performance, and delivery metrics.
