About the role
The Sr. Program Manager will appoint and maintain a Program Manager for this Task Order (TO) and its associated Technical Intermediary (TI). They will serve as the primary point of contact for all work performed under the TO. The role will manage tasks to meet cost, schedule, and performance objectives for each TI, providing necessary oversight and ensuring efficient administration.
Responsibilities
- Provide management necessary to ensure efficient and effective administration and control of each TI.
- Manage tasks to meet cost, schedule, and performance of each TI.
- Inform the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) of any performance, schedule, cost, or other concerns that may adversely affect the performance of any TI.
- Be prepared at all times to present and discuss the status of TO activities, requirements, and issues.
- Prepare and submit a monthly status report documenting work progress and status of the program, assigned tasks, costs, and existing or potential problem areas.
- Provide a list of deliverables and a Trip/Travel Report along with the task order status report.
Security Clearance
A security clearance at the SECRET level is required.

Requirements
- Required qualifications: Ten (10) years of experience planning, organizing, directing, and controlling programs to meet objectives, including experience working with US Government organizations. Five (5) years of experience as a manager of a team of skilled professional, technical, and support personnel.
- Desired qualification: Five (5) years of experience in supporting unmanned systems programs.
- Required education: A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Engineering, Math, Physical Sciences, Computer Science, Business Administration, or Managerial field.
