Senior Program Manager

Role Summary

Lead a large-scale commercial transformation program focused on implementing a unified business platform. Responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, driving execution, managing risks, and ensuring successful delivery of business and technology objectives.

Responsibilities

• Direct program execution across multiple initiatives and teams.
• Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to align priorities and drive outcomes.
• Provide status updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Lead governance activities and support key decision-making.
• Ensure organizational readiness, adoption, and operational transition.
• Track progress, performance metrics, and expected business benefits.

Requirements

• 12+ years of program management experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Experience managing complex, in-flight programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong background in data-driven projects and enterprise platform implementations.
• Experience with CRM, ERP, CPQ, or commercial transformation programs.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to influence and lead across matrixed organizations.
• Strong experience managing program delivery, budgets, risks, and dependencies

Pay

$85-90/hr
