Senior Program Manager
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We need to parse the job description. We have: - Applicants must be a resident and work from one of the following states: WA, OR, ID, TX, OH, FL, SC, NC, or IL with occasional travel to our headquarters, located in Seattle, WA. This is location requirement; could be part of "About the role"? Might be "Responsibilities"? Probably "About the role" or "Qualifications"? The instruction: Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. So location requirement can be a short paragraph. - "Who We Are" section: description of company. Could be "About the role"? Actually "Who We Are" is about company; maybe "About the role" is not appropriate. But we have to use headings from list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to map content. "About the role" could include description of the role: "Why We Need You" and maybe "This position is responsible for leading complex, cross-functional programs...". Also "Applicants must be a resident..." maybe part of About the role. "Responsibilities": "What You'll Be Doing" bullet list. "Requirements": maybe "What You'll Bring" includes education, experience, etc. Could be split into Requirements (mandatory) and Qualifications (preferred). But we have both headings. "Qualifications": maybe preferred qualifications. "Skills": maybe list of skills/competencies: communication, interpersonal, problem solver, analytical, strategic influence, domain acumen, etc. "Benefits": we have benefits section. "Pay": compensation section. "Schedule": not mentioned; we should not include if no content. We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual pay ranges and benefits. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting, but we can format them. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, accommodations, accommodations text, etc. Also remove "Equal Employment Opportunity", "Accommodations", "Applicants Have Rights Under Federal Employment Laws". Also remove cookie/navigation/legal etc. Not present. We need to keep the location requirement, Who We Are (maybe as part of About the role?), Why We Need You, What You'll Be Doing, What You'll Bring, Compensation, Benefits. We need to decide headings. Option:

Then maybe a short paragraph for "Why We Need You"? Could be part of About the role or Responsibilities. But we have a heading "Responsibilities".
