Senior Program Manager
About the role
We are adding a Senior Program Manager to our dynamic and growing National Technical Services team. The Senior Program Manager will lead a technical delivery team to deliver complex multi-offering projects within the Technical Services business. In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams in the planning, discovery, and implementation of Technical Services solutions for clients to improve energy, maintenance, and operational efficiency of critical facilities. This position will play a key role in the Technical Services Consulting program evolution and provides subject-matter expert (SME) support to business development.
Responsibilities
- Ensure effective project delivery from initial project opportunity identification through stabilization of Technical Services.
- Plan program milestones and schedule for implementation.
- Establish program goals and Key Performance Indicators to meet client needs.
- Ensure client satisfaction with program transition(s).
- Oversee program evaluation, collecting program feedback to incorporate into best practices and program evolution.
- Own program financial performance through the turnover of operations.
- Hire, coach, and performance-manage team members consistent with McKinstry values.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 10-15 years relevant experience.
- Expertise in a specific program (Cx, BEA, TSO, MSI, FA).
- Understanding of various types of commissioning project lifecycles desired.
- Proficient in communication, teaming, and internal/external interactions.
- Proficient in project management, people leadership, and sales acumen.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $114,201 - $173,610 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
